My Story
My interest in low back pain began with my own experience. After recovering from two lumbar disc herniations using the McGill Method, I became passionate about understanding why back pain develops—and, more importantly, how people can recover from it.
That experience inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others find answers instead of relying on trial-and-error treatment. Today, my focus is on providing a thorough assessment, a clear understanding of what's contributing to your pain, and a personalized plan to help you move forward with confidence.
Helping people regain the ability to work, exercise, play with their children, and return to the activities they love is one of the most rewarding parts of my profession, and it's a privilege to be part of that journey.
When we work together you can expect:
✔ Honest recommendations
✔ A personalized recovery strategy
✔ Clear answers—not guesswork
✔ Guidance every step of the way
If I don't believe I can help, I'll tell you honestly and point you toward the right professional.
